Claudia is a Cincinnatian born and raised! All her life she's been obsessed with animals. Growing up she used to spend her summers with her Mamaw and Papaw up on a mountain in Georgia. There, she would chase her dogs around the property, hunt for frogs, lizards, and all kinds of bugs, race snails, and tend to her $2 chicks she bought in Alabama. One summer she even found a turtle and kept it in her garden. All these fond memories have shaped Claudia into the animal loving person she is today.

Claudia currently has one kitty girl, Mama who is her soul cat. She never thought she'd have a bond as strong as theirs, but Mama is everything to her, and as long as Claudia puts Mama's meals out on time, twice a day, every day, Mama feels the same way! Claudia also has her big boy Max, who was a dog she had to step up and take ownership of after her father sadly became too ill to care for, later passing away. Max has taught her patience, compassion, and responsibility like no other. Claudia doesn't know where she would be in life right now if it wasn't for Max's strong and steady presence grounding her.

Claudia has been in the veterinary field since she was 15 years old, starting out as kennel assistant, then as a veterinary assistant, and now a veterinary receptionist. She has worked at hospitals, boarding facilities, and shelters; where she truly loved and cherished each experience. Claudia is so excited and eager to see what the future has in store for her and her team at Mason Veterinary and Surgical Center!
