To ensure timely service for all our clients, please plan to arrive five minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Please email any medical records to connect@masonvet.com before your visit.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, debit, check, credit (3% fee), and CareCredit.
​
We also offer Wellness Plans, which include all of your pet’s annual recommended wellness services.
Appointment Information
Appointment Experience
​We want your pet to have a complete, thorough, and efficient exam. To accomplish the best exam possible, we will borrow your pet from the exam room, perform the exam in our spacious treatment area, and collect any samples if needed. This quiet environment allows the doctor to concentrate, the staff to move quickly, as well as many pets are calmer and more cooperative when examined away from their family. The doctor will then come in and discuss all findings, answer any questions you may have, and follow up with recommendations for your pet.
Procedure Instructions
If your pet is having a surgical procedure, please complete the required paperwork prior to drop off- we will email you with these forms. Patient drop off is at 7:30 am. Please withhold food past 10 pm the night prior. Your pet may have access to water up until the time of drop off. If your pet takes a medication, you will be instructed on whether or not to give the medication prior to the procedure.
Referral To Our Practice
​If you are referred to us by an outside veterinarian for a medical procedure, please have your medical records emailed to connect@masonvet.com. We require pre-anesthetic lab work for all general anesthesia procedures. A surgical consult prior to day of surgery may be required. Diagnostics can be completed by our facility during the surgical consult or submitted by the referring veterinarian to us prior to the procedure.
